  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of the product delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required to process the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
  • Products without original packaging, labels, or tamper-evident seals.
  • Customized or special-order items specifically made or ordered for you.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to sales@corewavelabs.com with your order number, details about the product, and reason for the return. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • Receive Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the returned items. Returns sent without a RAN will not be processed.
  • Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RAN and proof of purchase in the package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Inspection and Refund: Once received, we will inspect the product. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to damage, defect, or error on our part, please contact us at sales@corewavelabs.com. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@corewavelabs.com with your order details and photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Assessment: We will assess the situation and may ask for further information if necessary.
  • Resolution: We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as per your preference and product availability. Return shipping costs will be covered by CoreWave Labs in cases of damaged or defective products.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at sales@corewavelabs.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, and a full refund will be provided.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. In this case, please refer to our returns process outlined above.
