2. Business Customers Only

CoreWave Labs sells exclusively to business customers (B2B).
By placing an order, the customer confirms they are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer.

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by CoreWave Labs.

Orders are considered confirmed only upon written confirmation (e.g., Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, or email confirmation).

All orders are based on market availability and pricing at the time of confirmation. Prices and availability may change without prior notice until order confirmation.

Products are sourced from third-party suppliers. Availability, packaging condition, and warranty terms may vary depending on source.

4. Payment Terms

Orders may require full or partial prepayment.

Products are reserved only upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation without liability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Confirmed orders may already be committed with suppliers and are therefore binding.

Cancellation requests may be considered solely at the discretion of CoreWave Labs and may be subject to charges.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by the CoreWave Labs Refunds & Returns Policy.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all sales are final and non-cancellable, non-returnable (NCNR).

Returns are accepted only in case of defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products, subject to the conditions outlined in the Refunds & Returns Policy.

Partial returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms are defined in the applicable Sales Order and may vary depending on product type and source.

Warranty claims are subject to validation by the manufacturer or supplier.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Unauthorized modification, testing, or use
  • Improper installation
  • Compatibility issues (unless explicitly guaranteed)
  • Physical or electrical damage

8. Product Condition

Products may be supplied in various conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Factory sealed
  • Bulk packaging
  • Tray packaging

Product condition will be specified at the time of sale where applicable.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreWave Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business
  • Any damages exceeding the purchase price of the goods supplied

12. Order Precedence

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreWave Labs, its directors, In case of any conflict between these Terms and any Sales Order, quotation, or invoice, the terms of the Sales Order or quotation shall prevail.

13. Privacy
