Refunds & Returns

General Policy

CoreWave Labs operates as a supplier of enterprise IT hardware. Returns and cancellations are strictly limited due to the nature of the products and supply chain.

  • CoreWave Labs sells exclusively to business customers (B2B).
  • All products are intended for professional use by business customers.
  • Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all sales are final and non-cancellable, non-returnable NCNR
  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Order Cancellation
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Products are typically sourced against confirmed orders and reserved with suppliers.
  • Confirmed orders are binding.
  • Cancellation requests may be considered only at our sole discretion and may be subject to charges.

Returns
We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer
  • Market price changes
  • Excess stock or project cancellations

Defective or DOA Products

Returns are accepted only in case of defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products.

Conditions:
  • Issue must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery (strict deadline).
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Serial numbers must match supplied units.
  • No physical damage, misuse, or tampering.
  • Products must not be opened, altered, or tested in a way that affects resale condition, including the breaking of factory seals, where applicable.
CoreWave Labs reserves the right to:
  • Test returned products.
  • Reject claims that do not meet the above criteria.
If confirmed defective, we will at our discretion:
  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund or credit note.

The 3-day reporting window is strictly enforced. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the product and are defined in the Sales Order.

Warranty does not cover:
  • Improper installation
  • Compatibility issues (unless explicitly guaranteed)
  • Physical or electrical damage
  • Unauthorized modification or use

Return Procedure
  • Returns require prior written approval (RMA).
  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  • CoreWave Labs may require photos, test logs, or additional verification before issuing RMA.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
  • Products must be securely packed.
